Lhasa de Sela Youth Stage

The Lhasa de Sela stage – Fifth anniversary!

Youth performances
The Folk Fest sur le Canal is dedicated to fostering young folk artists by giving them a supportive platform where they can gain valuable performance skills. Over the years, we have showcased young folk musicians, dancers, and storytellers from Montreal, Rwanda, Puvirnituq, and even Japan!

We’re excited to welcome to our stage some of the young talents who have been with us since the beginning and others who are brand new. Come show your support for superstar children’s entertainer Ben Spencer, returning singer‑songwriters Emma June, Tyler Watson, Jasper, Regina Soto, and the Record Breakers and, to be announced, the Lhasa de Sela Bursary winners.

All concerts on this stage are free to the public.
